Alsimba is your reliable store for toys and games in Pakistan. These are the Terms of Service that apply to and govern any purchase performed through our website (alsimba.pk), via our social media channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok), or also in-store pickup by your self from our office. When you order something via Alsimba, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. We hope to keep the shopping experience open, equitable, and seamless for every one of our valued buyers.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service applies to all purchases from Alsimba, regardless of the manner by which you place your order, whether through our official website, social media channels, or in-store pickup from our official office based in Karachi. By confirming your order you consent to these conditions and a formal agreement is created with Alsimba. Such policies help set the clear expectation about your purchase, payment, delivery, and returns which can protect your purchase as well as out business.
2. Ordering Procedure
There are several channels through which customers can place an order. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in Pakistan we contact you via phone call for confirmation before dispatch. In the case of prepaid orders – through bank transfer, PayPal, Easypaisa, JazzCash or card payments. the order is confirmed automatically once the payment is received, hence no prior call is required. By confirming your order, you agree to the order details and agree to be bound.
3. Pricing & Payment Methods
Alsimba handle international clients hence we might show prices in different currencies, For our Pakistani customers, you will be shown prices in PKR, and international buyers, who wish to purchase from our shops, will be displayed in their own currencies supported by our payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan only), bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, PayPal, credit/debit card. In all cases, all prepaid orders must be paid in full before shipment. For Cash on Delivery, the payment is made by the customer at the time of delivery at their doorstep. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, however the amount you are charged at checkout will never be greater than the total confirmed at checkout time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivering your orders as quick and safe as possible is always our first priority. We ship all over the Pakistan with TCS, Leopards, PakistanPost and PostEx as our partners. Karachi customers can choose to pickup from the our office or avail of express delivery and get parcel within an hour, wherever applicable. For international shipping, we use only the best courier services like: DHL, FedEx, etc. Selection of courier is fully depend on customer area and city but we always look to find the fastest and smoothest courier. We will always do our best to deliver within the given timeline, however, delays which is not under our control caused by courier companies and sometime customs clearance are not under our control.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We try to ensure the stock information on the site is always correct. In the event that your order includes an item that is no longer available or OUT OF STOCK, we will reach out with alternatives – including a refund or being placed on a waitlist. Cancellations are allowed before shipping but once your parcel shipped after shipping, our Return & Refund Policy will apply. If there is a problem with your order, we will inform you and try to find a fair solution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate the best processing experience on the part of the customers, they have to provide exact personal and delivery information – full name, active contact number and accurate delivery address. The onus is on customers to be there to collect their parcels. In the case of COD orders please check the parcel before payment with the courier. We are not responsible for problems using incorrect or insufficient information entered during checkout.
7. Liability Limitations
Alsimba intends to provide the best shopping experience for our happy customers. We cannot control certain factors though. Alsimba will not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other unforeseeable events. We are also not responsible for any damage or defects after an item has been delivered in good condition due to improper use, mishandling or normal wear and tear. Alsimba will not be held responsible for any indirect and collateral damage, including but not limited to, loss of time, opportunity cost, additional costs due to delay in delivery or product misuse as a result.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy available for it separately to explain your eligibility on returns, replacements, refunds and exchanges based on the type of item purchased. We advise customers to read our policy in full before ordering, as it sets out your rights and responsabilities.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All sales, deals and customer relationships with Alsimba are subjected to laws of Pakistan. When ordering our Products from website, through social media sites or by office visiting, it is deemed to agree by the customers that all disputes matters and legal issues shall be judged or resolve in courts situated in Karachi, Pakistan. By doing this Alsimba and the customer can both follow a clear, safe process and remain completely legal pursuant to local laws.
