Return & Refund Policy

At Alsimba, it is our mission to ensure that each toy or game you purchase from us reached you in perfect condition. While we take great care in packaging and shipping, we know there can sometimes unexpected issues. This policy describes how returns, refunds and exchanges are processed, including through our website, through our social media platform and products pick-up from our office. Your PURCHASE of ITEMS from Alsimba constitutes YOUR ACCEPTANCE to THESE TERMS and CONDITIONS.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Product that has been received defective or damaged You May Submit An Return Request, To qualify:

  • The issue must be report to us within 2 days of delivery by phone or email.
  • Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery. We can no longer accept requests after that time.

  • The item should be in its original condition, and should with all included accessories and manuals.

  • Damaged goods resulting from client tampering, misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.

2. Replacement Policy

In the event that an item proves to be defective upon delivery, Alsimba will provide a replacement at FREE OF COST.

  • Our partnered courier will collect the defective item and exchange it for a new item at no charge.
  • To be approved for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original delivered condition.
  • Any replacement request must be submitted and completed in a 7-day period.

3. Refund Policy

If a refund is preferred over a replacement:

  • The customer will incur the delivery costs to send the item to Alsimba’s registered address.
  • Upon completion of any inspection on the returned item, refunds will be given back to the customer account. Refunds will be the complete price of the item, with delivery costs.
  • Refunds are typically completed the same day the item is received into our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment:
  • Paid by COD: refunds issued via Bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Paid online: refunds are processed to the customers original method of payment on a Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal.

4. Policy for Exchange

Customers may request an exchange of an item for the following reasons:

  • The item is returned as unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers will incur the return shipping and redelivery shipping costs of exchanged items.
  • The contents of the exchange are subject to product availability. Should the item requested for exchange be unavailable, the customer can elect to choose another comparable product or ask for a refund.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

There are some items/products that cannot be returned or refunded because of hygiene and safety reasons include:

  • Used, opened or unsealed toys.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products, such as slime, clay, play dough, bath toys, plush/soft toys, etc.
  • Any product sold as “Final Sale and/or Clearance”.
  • Any customized or special order which was sourced specifically for the customer.

6. Cancellations of Order

  • You may request to cancel an order before its shipping by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. That said, it may be returned under the above return conditions.

7. Delivery Failures/Missed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your parcel:

  • You can reach out to our support team to arrange re-attempt delivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us, you can place another order without penalty or any additional fees.

8. Steps to Submit Return / Refund / Exchange request

In order to initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by phone or WhatsApp at 03155105307, or email us at alsimbatoys@gmail.com.
  • Please include your Order Number, your Contact details, and your Reason for your request.
  • Our support staff will confirm if it meets eligibility in order to proceed and further assist you on the next steps:
  • If you choose a replacement, a courier will pick up the defective item, and deliver a new one, absolutely free of charge.
  • If you choose a refund, you will need to send back the defective product to the following office address.
