2. Delivery Timeframes

We do our best to prepare, package and ship your order as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible. These are our average delivery estimates:

• International Shipping of Toy: We charge based on where the order is being sent and which International service is used The precise amount will be presented at checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.

4. Order Processing & Shipping Procedure

• Cash on Delivery inside Pakistan: All COD (Cash on delivery) orders are confirmed either by an e-mail or a phone call to put customer’s satisfaction first and then the order is handed over to the courier.

If prepaid order (paid via card, bank and wallet) is not delivered (based on service SLA) by the time delivery attempts are over you will provided 100% refund of product amount charged along with any particular shipping charges.

For International Orders: The re-attempts of delivery that a courier is depends on the policy of that courier. Alsimba will initiate a delivery re-attempt at the customer’s request, however please be aware that return shipping fees are not refundable in an international shipping (even if the return is due to unclaimed or un-deliverable box.
